Self-Reflection
A few times a year I end up closing myself off from the people that surround me for a time of self-reflection. It is a bit of time to evaluate what my goals have been and what they should be. I find this form of self correction is needed. It is too easy to worry about stuff that does not matter. Fear wins too often. Lupus wins too often. I sit in a coffee shop for a couple hours and figure out what I want in a few weeks, a few months and a few years. Life is more enjoyable. I appreciate the people that surround me more. I don’t judge as much or criticize as much. More to come on this. Yup.
